Project Templates in VS 2008

Hi, I am trying to build a project template from my existing project.
in my project I am using a class library (inherits from text box), so in my project I am using this class by Adding it's reference (.dll) everything work lovely in my project

But when I am trying to export Project template on this project, the wizard export everything without the dll reference..

Can any one tell me plz how to create a project template with the reference
